Changes in managemen board in Droga Kolinska d.d.

The supervisory board of Droga Kolinska, d.d., were made aware of the resignation statement of Mr. Robert Ferko during their 12. meeting on the 11th April 2007, furthermore they installed a new management of the company Droga Kolinska, d.d., Ljubljana with the following composition:

Mr. Slobodan Vučićević, president of management at Droga Kolinska d.d.. Mr. Vučićević was formerly filling the position of executive director of the Droga Kolinska group for south-east Europe, as well as the general director of Grand Prom in Beograd, Serbia, and also other members of the Droga Kolinska group.

Mrs. Milena Štular, the vice-president of management at the company. Before the appointments took place Mrs.Štular was the director of the company Unilever Slovenia in Ljubljana.

The supervisory board thanked Robert Ferko for the successful work carried out during the consolidation of the group after the merger process was concluded. Mr. Ferko will be taking over the position of managing consultant in the Droga Kolinska, d.d., and furthermore leading the new projects in the fremework of the Istrabenz group.
