Invitation to submit offers for the purchase of real estates

With an announcement in some Croatian Medias today, 10 January 2007, the company Droga Kolinska d.d. has invited all interested parties to submit offers for the purchase of real estates in Buje (Croatia), Skopje (Macedonia) and Središče ob Dravi (Slovenia).

In the following days the same advert will be published in some Medias in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Austria and Italy. The advert is available in the attachment.

Due to the merger of Droga d.d. and Kolinska d.d. as well as due to the consolidation of the Droga Kolinska Group some of the real estates in Buje and Skopje remained empty which is why they are being sold off.

Once again the object of the sell off is the Business Unit Gosad (Središče ob Dravi) which produces canned vegetables. Gosad is being sold off as a whole with its technologic and other equipment and know-how for the production of canned vegetables. On 31.12.2006 BU Gosad had 28 employees with two of them already being in the period of notice.

BU Gosad produces tinned vegetables, sauces (horseradish, ketchups, concentrates and other sauces), sugar and Citronka (Citric Acid). The majority of these products do not fall into any of the strategic pillars of the company`s own brands and represent only 1, 5 percent of the Droga Kolinska Group Revenue, which is why BU Gosad has been available for sale for some time.
